The problem
A support team needs a clear shift history and reports derived from recorded times.
What the product does
Authorized members record shift starts and ends. Managers view daily and monthly reports; a nightly report is sent to the configured group or topic.
Behind the technology
Shift services use MySQL; APScheduler schedules reports. The project defines the Jalali calendar and Asia/Tehran time zone. The documented nightly report is set for 23:59 Tehran time.
